London Design Academy (LDA) and the Organizing Committee of China Fashion Week have unveiled plans to host a daily international online forum with debates, interviews and panel discussions over the seven days of the festival starring leading fashion experts and opinion formers from China and the UK. Aptly named "East West Fashion Dialogue: Fashion-World-Future", the key speakers contributing to the debate will include influential global designers Prof. Jimmy Choo OBE, Iris Van Herpen, Shaun Leane, Prof. Andrew Ramroop OBE, CM and Zowie Broach (founder of BOUDICCA and Head of Programme, Fashion MA RCA). Other expert participants include media creatives such as Angelica Cheung (Editor in Chief of Vogue China), Alex Sun (CEO of MC Style Media Co. Ltd & Editorial Director of Marie Claire), Queenie Yang (China Editorial Director at the Business of Fashion), James Herbert (MD of Hylink Digital Solutions, China’s largest, independent full-service digital agency) with Angel Xue, Director of AngelEye, together with representatives from cultural and academic institutions including British Fashion Council, British Academy of Film and Television Arts, Royal College of Arts and The Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology.
